As Adrian was the last joint winner of the Drawn Pairs would it be an idea to now call it ‘The Adrian Hill Trophy’?
Would be a nice commemoration for a very nice member of FBC, who will be sadly missed.
Probably need to have a chat with Diane at some point.
Most of our cups and shields are named after the people who gave them. The Drawn Pairs is really the Parry Cup. However this does not mean we cannot recognise other members in some way.
Nice thought, but I think some time ago the committee decided not to name any more comps after members, for whatever reason, as it is confusing to newer players. Nor certain though.
