Sheets for first few games
Just to let all you bowlers know that the sheets for the first few friendlies are on the notice board in the club house, also the sheets for the first few Stan Hardman league games are also on the notice board, I will be assisting Brenda Brown with the Stan Hardman selection this season.
Look forward to seeing some of you on the 21st April for the green/club tidying up session and moreover the opening drive on the 22nd April. Refreshments will be provided.
There is also a list up in the club house for the fish and chip drive on Saturday 28th April, non-bowlers are very welcome to come along to spectate and have fish and chips, cost £6 per person, cheque and order to Barry Lee please.

Spring Meeting and Snow
Committee members will be at the clubhouse next Saturday the 10th March between 10 and 11am for those who can’t get to the Spring Meeting on Saturday 3rd from 9:15 – 11:00am due to the bad weather and road conditions.
The green is looking very pretty cloaked in white as shown by these photos provided from Alec.
Christmas party
Another great social event at the bowling club.
Sheila had successfully booked Santa and two of his elves to visit.
Lots of fun stuff and a special birthday celebration for Norman on reaching 97.
Anne excelled again with a cracking Christmas Cake and her and Edna got us all singing at the end.
Success at Bowls Hampshire Tour
Farnborough bowlers has a successful week at the Bowls Hampshire Tour at The Dorset Bowls Resort.
Harrison Ash along with Cove, Oakley and Aldershot Underwood bowlers won the competition.
Geoff Ringrose with Michael and Sheila Andrews came third. A very successful week.
