Results Table

Bowlers need to play at least 2 games but not necessary with the same people, more games can be played as the results will be based on the average number of shots closer than 1 yard over all games played.  Score cards will be provided.

The aim of the game is to get as many of your bowls within a yard of the jack.

Summary

• The games will be played as pairs, although it is the individual scores that will be recorded.
• The games will be of 8 ends with skips and leads swapping after 4 ends.
• Players will toss for the mat at the first end.  In subsequent ends the mat will alternate between the two teams.
• At the end of each end, bowls closer than 1 yard will be noted and attributed to their bowler; a nominated bowler will record the number of shots for each bowler on the  score card. There will be one scorecard per rink.
• After 4 ends the leads and skips swap places.
