There is an emergency meeting for the MEN on Saturday 7th at 10 am. This is because both the Men’s Captain and vice captain have resigned after arguments with another member. Barry has taken over until the meeting decides our future.
Sunday 17th June 2012 and Bowls Hampshire Presidents’ Team visited Farnborough Bowling Club. The sun made an appearance and we played 6 rinks on a glorious afternoon. From the noise it appeared most bowlers were enjoying themselves.
Sandwiches and cakes were served after the match and we were entertained with a couple of Maxeen’s renown stories. I think we won.

Another good turn out of members to prepare the green and club house for the start of the season tomorrow.
The green is looking gorgeous and, hopefully, will play very well this season.
The club house received a thorough spring clean and tidy.
Lots of hard work by everyone, well done and good look for the season.
